Family owned since 2003

Bernard Sommer founded Charm City Warehouse in 2003, and it grew quickly into a leader in third-party logistics in the Baltimore–Washington corridor. Today it runs over one million square feet across four Baltimore warehouses, and Bernie is still part of the team that handles everything from forklifts and freight to inventory, customer service and sales.

In business today, one very important factor is far too often neglected: the customer.

We put the customer number one. Together the team brings over 60 years of experience, and the goal hasn't changed: error-free order picking, and every order shipped on time.

Who we work with

Our customers range from local, small and medium-sized businesses to large national companies: importers, distributors, eCommerce businesses, manufacturers, retailers and transportation partners. They choose us for safe, cost-effective and convenient storage, and we build long-term partnerships with them.

We are members of the Traffic Club and the Propeller Club.
